We not only provide guarantees from manufacturers of equipment, but also are responsible for the stable operation of the entire system. If there is a failure in the stable operation of SPP (the list of warranty situations always fixes in the contract), we will provide repair or replacement of equipment. During the service works, SPP will continue functioning: we will provide spare equipment.
In addition to warranty service, operative repair and replacement of equipment, we maintain the maximum performance of SPP at a constant level. The planned level of profitability is discussed in advance. That's why during the time of the SPP operating, special measures are taken to achieve it: starting with choosing the solar panels which must have optimum efficiency, and finishing with controlling of their correct operation and unobstructed absorption of sunlight. An equally important part of the service complex is the records management.
